1. The products we sell are available to both personal and business customers. When you submit an order through our website it will constitute an offer to purchase the goods. We will send you an email acknowledging its receipt. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation. Your contract will be with "Fortuna-XXI LTD" which is a company incorporated in the UK, company no. 14429625. Registered office, 128 City Road, London, UK, EC1V 2NX.
2. Delivery and prices for goods are set out in our website, UK only.
3. Cancellation by us: We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or we do not deliver to your area.
4. Complaints and liability: If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, if you do not receive goods within 7 days of the date on which you ordered them, or goods are damaged, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
5. Monthly caviar subscription boxes: Payment will be taken monthly, the same date as we receive your first order. You can cancel 30 days prior to your shipment.
