1. Final Sale Policy
For public safety and in compliance with regulations on perishable goods, all food sales are FINAL.
2. Product Guarantee
All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh upon delivery. Customers are responsible for inspecting items immediately upon receipt. Caviar is shipped with ice packs to maintain freshness and should be stored in a refrigerator as soon as it is received.
3. Claims & Complaints

Any quality-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns must be pre-approved by Fortuna-XXI Ltd before sending any items back.

Fortuna-XXI reserves the right to refund or replace products at its discretion.

Opened items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Refunds, if approved, apply only to unused items returned in their original, sealed packaging with appropriate temperature control (ice packs/thermo packaging).

In rare cases, Fortuna-XXI may accept returns of opened items for safety investigations.
