Tagliolini Pasta with Truffle (250g)

Fine Italian truffle pasta (tagliolini is a long ribbon pasta, like spaghetti, but flatter – about 2-3mm wide), hand-made using traditional techniques. With all of the flavour and indulgence that comes with the inclusion of 40% fresh white truffle and fresh eggs, folded through the pasta dough before drying.

Ingredients:

Italian Durum Wheat Semolina, fresh Eggs (33.4%), White Truffle (“bianchetto” / Tuber borchii Vitt.) 40%, water, salt, aroma. May contain soy and mustard.

Shelf Life: 12-18 months.
